Fast-rising dancehall artiste Tashanty has linked up with one of the genre’s newest stars Nhance, a collaboration that has resulted in a single called Problems.
The track, produced by Stashment Productions, delivers a strong blend of emotionally charged lyrics from Nhance and standout vocal delivery from Tashanty, creating what insiders describe as a compelling musical pairing.
Tashanty, who has been steadily climbing the musical ladder, says she is excited about the prospects of the single.
“Me believe inna this song more than I can say,” she said.
Tashanty said the collaboration with Nhance clicked naturally from the outset, describing him as a highly talented and easygoing artiste to work with. She said the strong creative connection allowed the recording process to flow smoothly, ultimately reflected in the quality of the finished track, which she praised as an outstanding song.
While currently focused on promoting, Problems said she is continuing to record new material. A melodic singjay, Tashanty first broke onto the scene with her debut buzzing single, Caution. She is determined to write her name among the greats in the entertainment space.
“My style of music is a dynamic blend of dancehall and reggae as such I plan to unleash a melting pot of new sounds in the musical space. I’m fairly new and everything is going in the direction I hope it to. I’m also building a following based on my authenticity and distinct voice” Tashanty stated.
