Dancehall artiste Stylaforlife is enjoying growing success with his latest single, Wine Up, a high-energy track that has been steadily gaining traction both on the streets and across digital platforms.
The single was released last December. An accompanying music video, which was also released, is further amplifying the song’s reach.
“I’m also one of the producers on this track, along with Anovybz Music, and working with Country Boss Music was a great experience. The collaboration came together naturally, and we focused on creating a sound that people could immediately connect to,” said Stylaforlife.
Since its release, Wine Up has received strong reactions locally, particularly within Kingston’s nightlife scene. The song has been featured at several popular weekly events, earning a warm reception from partygoers and selectors alike.
“The response has been great, both online and in the streets,” the artiste said. “It’s been playing at major events like Boom Sunday and Uptown Monday almost every night, and the ladies are really responding to it.”
Encouraged by the positive feedback, Stylaforlife opined that Wine Up has the potential to extend beyond Jamaica’s borders.
“Based on the reaction I’ve been receiving in the streets and on social media, I feel very confident about this song,” he said. “With the right promotion, I believe it can go very big and even cross over internationally.”
As he continues to build momentum, Stylaforlife is already preparing for his next release, a single titled Kitty Cat.
