Global hitmakers, respected veterans and rising talent all power a new dancehall project, the ‘Well Wet’ rhythm, from independent label Steve Gong Production.

Leading the charge are two records built to command attention: Sean Paul and Chronic Law’s heavyweight collaboration Nuh Wah Yuh Leave and Nesbeth’s Beat Every Case. The pairing of Sean Paul and Chronic Law immediately gives the project international appeal. Sean Paul’s unmistakable delivery and decades-long global influence collide with Chronic Law’s introspective lyrics, contemporary sound and powerful connection to dancehall’s current generation.

On Nuh Wah Yuh Leave, the two artistes bring different eras and creative approaches together on one rhythm, creating an intriguing bridge between a Jamaican superstar who helped carry dancehall around the world and one of the genre’s most recognisable modern voices. But Beat Every Case is demanding its own share of the spotlight. The Nesbeth single is a survival anthem rooted in resilience, determination and the will to overcome whatever obstacles life places in the way. Best known internationally for the inspirational hit My Dream, along with records such as Success Story and Guns Out, Nesbeth has built his reputation by transforming personal struggles into music that resonates far beyond the dancehall.

The rhythm also features artistes such as Munga Honorable (Drunk and FK, done with Goody Plum), Macka Diamond (Boy Bye), Ginjah (Give It Up) and Delly Ranks (De Link).
