Spanish Education Officer in the Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information, Ramonia Smith Hamilton, brings remarks at the closing ceremony for the three-month Spanish Course for Public Servants on Thursday (Dec. 11) at the Ministry’s Caenwood Centre on Arnold Road in Kingston. The course was offered by the Embassy of the Republic of Colombia, and participants were certified by Pontifical Bolivarian University in Colombia.
