Spain-based H10 Hotels will convert its Ocean Eden Bay property in Coral Spring, Trelawny, into an adults-only luxury resort under a new brand.
Effective November 1, the Jamaican property will be renamed Ocean Allure Eden Bay, joining the company’s Ocean Allure collection alongside its flagship, Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres in Mexico.
“With this evolution, Ocean Allure Eden Bay positions itself as a new benchmark within the luxury adults-only All-Inclusive segment in Jamaica, consolidating the international expansion of Ocean Allure and reinforcing Ocean Signature Resorts’ vision to develop brands with clearly differentiated identities and unique value propositions,” according to a release on the transition.
The hotel will fall under Ocean Signature Resorts, the all-inclusive hotel collection owned by H10.
“Our strategy goes far beyond hotel renovations; we are strengthening a portfolio with clearly differentiated brands to respond to the expectations of diverse traveller profiles,” said Markus Haack, senior commercial vice-president of Ocean Signature Resorts. “Ocean Allure begins a new phase of expansion as our Luxury Adults-Only Collection, elevating the contemporary luxury experience in the region.”
The rebrand adds welcome champagne, personalised concierge service, an “unlimited culinary experience” dining concept with 24-hour room service, and a butler service for guests in its top-tier Privilege category.
The Jamaica move is part of a wider portfolio refresh across the group’s Caribbean and Mexican properties. In Riviera Maya, Ocean Maya Royale is adding a renovated lobby, a reworked restaurant line-up and 12 new suites with private pools, while Ocean Riviera Paradise is expanding its fitness facilities. In Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Ocean Blue & Sand will introduce swim-up rooms ahead of a larger renovation planned for 2027. Separately, the group’s Ocean Coral & Turquesa resort near Cancún will be renamed Ocean Coral Riviera Cancún, effective November 19, alongside a broader property renovation.
Ocean Signature Resorts operates properties in Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic under the H10 Hotels umbrella, a Spanish hospitality group with more than 40 years in the industry.
